Sunil has an entrepreneurial stint and he is the founder of multiple businesses including "Jaipur Palace" in Austin, Texas wherein he tried to bring a revival of Indian cuisine in North America. He has also managed the family-owned business “MD Stone” in Rajasthan, India since 1998. Sunil is a business graduate and enjoys exploring the world in pass time.
Pavan Kumar is an accomplished professional with 18 years of experience in the solar energy industry. His expertise in the field spans a wide range of areas, including EPC, O & M as well as designing and implementing solar energy systems for various applications.
One of Pavan Kumar's notable achievements is his contribution to the development of 2.8 GW worth of solar energy projects in the MENA region. He has managed large-scale solar projects from conception to execution, which has provided him with an in-depth understanding of the complexities involved in solar energy project management. Additionally, he has expertise in navigating regulatory frameworks, identifying market opportunities, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Anil Yadav is responsible for Procurements and Supply Chain Management for India Office. His role & responsibilities also include key accounts management for both private and public sector engagements. Blending the best skills and technologies to create the most effective solar energy solutions for societies and builders is the main objective of Anil Yadav. He provides a critical link between engineering, procurement, and construction of plants.
Anil has over 20 years of experience in sales and supply chain management. He delivered many projects successfully for his clients. He is a postgraduate from the University of Rajasthan and enjoys socializing in his pass time.
Vaibhav Sharma looks after the development and implementation of digital solutions. He is a computer science engineering professional with more than 19 years of experience in creating and implementing software applications. He can troubleshoot and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner. Vaibhav is a relentless problem solver applying analytical, design, and technical skills to solutions. Leverages individual and team knowledge to act as a thought partner in the management and calibrate the best optimum solutions.
He has successfully developed applications to analyze sales growth and marketing strategy for established and startup firms in India, U.A.E, and Australia. His responsibilities include requirement capture, evaluate the solutions, development, testing, and implementation in the company. He also works with third parties to get the desired solutions for implementation and oversees the performance.
Ronak Sogani an enthusiastic Solar Energy Expert, completed his bachelor's in “Electrical. Engineering” from Modi Institute of Technology, Kota. He is in Solar Industry for more than eight years and working with eSunScope for the last 4 years. Ronak has successfully delivered a respectable number of projects right from residential, commercial, Industrial, and Utility scales. He has diversified knowledge of working on MW-scale ground mount projects as well as Rooftop Solar power plants of different capacities and complexities.
Ronak is responsible for “India Business Operations” and the development of capacity and capability within the team for Project Management, Operations, and Maintenance, Financial modeling. E-Procurements and contract management. He has a proven record of maintaining solar assets efficiently and has served reputed names in the industry. So far, he has hands-on experience on more than 150 MWp Solar projects and acts as though partner in management and business operations.
Mahtab Alam comes with experience in Solar project construction and planning. He is an electrical engineer with a decade of work experience in distinct roles and responsibilities. eSunScope appointed him as a Construction Manager for utility projects in the Middle East and India. He is responsible for the development of capability in construction management and supports the project leaders to deliver the project on time with quality standards.
He has been working for the last 8 years on Solar projects. He has worked for five years with Vikram Solar Limited as Site Manager. Mahtab has successfully completed more than 500 MWp ground-mounted solar projects at different locations with different customers like ACME, Solaire Direct, Shapoorji Pallanji, & NTPC, etc. Currently, he is working on 120MW PV Project in Aden, Yemen.
Ravi Tiwari is responsible for business development and calibrates the digital strategy to generate sales in C&I and Residential segments. He looks after process development under the EPC division, exploring new geographies to expand the business and managing techno-commercial discussions for key accounts. Ravi has an experience of more than six years and brings hands-on experience in dealing with all aspects related to business development in the renewable Energy segment.
He has sound knowledge of Solar policies being practiced in various states in India. He has hands-on experience with Solar PV simulation software to perform site-specific engineering analysis of solar projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The cross-functional knowledge and experience give him the ability to look at the business from a holistic view along with an understanding of the technical aspect. Earlier, Ravi served a reputed name in the industry and worked as a site engineer for a “Cross linear concentrated solar power Indo-Japan R&D project”.
Mukesh Dhankhar is working as Operations Manager with eSunScope. His responsibilities include client management, data mining & process implementation, digital portal administration, documentation controls, etc. He has a blend of knowledge of the solar industry and information technology helping eSunScope build the “Internet of Solar”
He is a B.Tech engineer in Computer Science from Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Engineering College, Jodhpur in 2014 with exposure to Cisco Certified Network Associate from Indian Institute of Hardware Technology and PHP certification from Emrotech Labs. Mukesh has strong knowledge of data management and analytics. He has four-plus years of experience with eSunScope.
Arpit Choudhary is associated with us as a Sr. Executive- Business Development. He is a graduate of Electrical Engineering and completed his graduation from Vivekananda Institute of Technology Jaipur in 2021. His key responsibilities include business development for residential, commercial & Industrial segments. His interest in Renewable and sound knowledge about Electrical systems made him a quick learner, specializing in solar technology. He has a good understanding of business, products, services, markets, technologies, and trends.
He closely works with the business development manager to run and maintain the digital portal for distributed solar. He joined eSunScope India in 2021. He enjoys socializing and is a team player with professional attire.
When it comes to system designing, simulation study, and remote monitoring solutions Preeti Pandey is best at it. She enjoys working on tools and software providing the support to sales team for optimum plan sizing, financial viability, site survey, and requirements gathering.
Preeti is Application Engineer with a post-diploma course in Thermal Power Plant Engineering from NPTI Durgapur. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering.from RGPV University Madhya Pradesh. Her roles & responsibilities also include daily monitoring of our SCADA platforms for alarms, alerts, and site issues. Create corrective maintenance tickets to track the site alarms and issues, and promptly dispatch the field services technicians or O&M contractors around the country to address the corrective maintenance tickets.
Aditya Saini is associated with us as an Application Engineer in PV Systems. He is a B. Tech graduate in Electrical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University. His key responsibilities include site survey, construction overseeing, verifying bills of material, maintaining project deliverables, updating checklists, and payment processes for small-scale segments including residential, Industrial, and commercial.
